- Your email address and other contact details are required for confirmation of your site and for further contact with you in regard to this and our future events.
- You are required to provide an outline of what your business/site will be offering or doing on the day. As the purpose of the event is to fund raise for the Royalla Common, the Royalla Country Fair Association reserve the right to decline your application if they feel it will be in competition with one of their fund rasising stalls.
- Approved applicants will be issued an invoice from the Royalla Country Fair Association (RCFA). Applicants are not guaranteed a place until payment has been received and remitted by the RCFA Treasurer. Applicants will be advised once this process has been completed.
- Opening hours of the Royalla Country Fair will be 9am-4pm. All site holders are to set up/pack up outside these times. Site holders may setup from 12pm on Saturday and from 7am on Sunday. Site holders must be off site by 5pm.
- There is limited power connected to Royalla Common. Users of sites may provide their own generator if power is needed, but all leads and/or generators must be appropriately safety tagged. Please advise if you’re intending to supply your own power/generator and the size. If any are found untagged upon inspection by the Event Director or any safety officer or other authorised person, they are to be immediately disconnected and removed.
- Exhibitors' vehicles (apart from Car Boot Sale and Show & Shine) that are not a part of your display must be removed from the arena area by 8:30am. Parking is available in the vendor car park area of the Common. The location of this will be advised to you prior to the day. No Vehicle movements will be permitted on the grounds during opening hours. This is a public risk and insurance issue. If a vehicle is urgently required to be removed please ensure you contact the Event Director. Late arrivals may be refused entry at the discretion of the Event Director or RFCA member.
- Public entry to the Royalla Country Fair will be via a gold coin donation.
- Please note: This is a fund raising event. In the event of cancellation of the Royalla Country Fair or refusal of entry due to wet grounds, total fire bans, or any other reason whatsoever, no refunds will be given. Site holders or Participants for display, business promotion/sales, entertainment acts or any other persons who have contributed to the event shall have no recourse what so ever for damages to property, goods for sale, goods for display, or personal injury. Entry to the event shall be at the risk of the participant.
